Why did you name it that?
My Dad liked photography as a hobby and his family made for interesting subjects to capture on film or should I say slides.
There aren't many pictures with him in them so I titled this blog "What my Dad saw".
The rear view mirror header I think summes it up well.
I remember Dad saying "I am gonna take a picture of what I see every time I look in the mirror".
This is my families history, thanks for coming and enjoy.

Is that "Super Toe's" helmet on the floor by Chad? I loved that game, kicking it with the ball laying flat instead of standing up, from one end of the upstairs hall to the other.
You guys amaze me! The details you see...especially when it has anything to do with toys! I notice one of my paintings on the wall..the big blue jay painting on a cedar shake. Grandma White loved to watch the bluejays outside the window (behind uncle Ed's head). She would share how mean those birds were to the cardinals...but God made up for their meaness by making them so pretty.In fact, the fact that she actually liked watching birds was something that surprised me about my Mom in her later years. I painted the bluejay for her because of that "surprise". And, out of view on the other side of the shadow box was the mate to her fowl duo...a "lovely" (also oversized)painting of a cardinal. Just goes to show that Mom's are always proud of their kid's artwork - even if their child will be embarrassed by it in later years. Mom
