I am going to be the first to say..."your dad is pretty cute" haha. Look at those guns! Actually he reminds me of another handsome man I know....Danny Barger. :) Ok please forgive me. :)
I can't believe no one is commenting on your pic with your mother! Maybe we are all too stunned. the "what my dad saw" across the front is classic. I laughed out loud! Well, that in combination with "scrubbing my eyes out with a wire brush" Funny!
I am never going to church with you again, Angel. IF Ted makes me --- DON'T you DARE look at me!!!
For your added astonishment, keep in mind I was 17! And - Ted was very proud of his son, and his son's new mommy. Who knew THAT preacher son of mine would ever put a (almost) topless photo of his beloved nurturing mother on the internet! You are grounded Brian Ted Butler!
I think this might be your highest rated post, if you look at the number of responses. Based on the response, Ted must have been right to be proud of you Emmalea! And, Elaine. . .you better find a good hiding place for those pics! Aren't you glad they weren't digital?
My Dad liked photography as a hobby and his family made for interesting subjects to capture on film or should I say slides.
There aren't many pictures with him in them so I titled this blog "What my Dad saw".
The rear view mirror header I think summes it up well. I remember Dad saying "I am gonna take a picture of what I see every time I look in the mirror".
This is my families history, thanks for coming and enjoy.

Man!
I knew I was gonna get grounded.
I think you deserve being grounded! I am going through our pictures right now to avoid any future embarrassment.
