Seriously - Dad and Brett talked about this photo the other day and agreed it was a pay lake...maybe Wagon Wheel on the far southeast side of Indy. Your Dad pointed out the porta pot in the background? For some reason that denotes it as a pay lake. (OK - not going there with any additional comments.)
